Terms of Service

1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Talys Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Tendle", "we", "us"), which runs tendle.ai. By using tendle.ai, the connectors it hosts, or Tendle's sign-in at auth.tendle.ai, you agree to them. If you sign in, you agree to them when you continue past the sign-in page. If you use Tendle for a company, you agree for that company. If you don't agree, don't use Tendle. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. What Tendle is
Tendle is a directory of connectors for AI agents such as Muse and Grok Bot. A connector lets your agent use another service's tools. Tendle lists connectors, gives each one a prompt to paste into your agent, and serves each one at tendle.ai/connectors/{name}, passing your agent's requests on to the server behind it.
3. Connectors are made by others
- Each connector is run by its maker, whom its page names when we know it. That may be the company behind the service, an independent developer, or Tendle. For many connectors, Tendle uses a service provider, Composio, to connect your account with the service and run its tools. When you connect through Composio's pages, Composio's terms and privacy policy also apply.
- Your use of a service through a connector is also governed by that service's own terms and by your agreement with your AI agent's provider. You're responsible for following them, and for the accounts and keys you connect.
- We test connectors, but we don't guarantee them. We check connectors automatically before we list them and keep checking them, but many checks only confirm a server answers or shows its sign-in page. We take broken ones out of the directory. A connector can still fail, change, give wrong answers, or stop working at any time. What a connector does in a service you've connected (for example sending an email or changing a file) happens because your agent asked it to. Check what your agent is about to do before you let it act.
- We're not affiliated with the services or agents we list. Tendle is an independent directory, not affiliated with Meta or SpaceXAI. Muse is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. and Grok of SpaceXAI. Other names and logos belong to their owners, and we use them only to identify their services.
4. Your account
To add or manage a connector, you sign in. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use Tendle, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
5. Connectors you add
If you add a connector or a listing, you tell us you have the right to, and that what you give us (names, descriptions, icons, links and the server's address) is accurate and doesn't break anyone's rights or any law. You keep your rights in it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display and distribute it, and to serve your connector's server through tendle.ai, so we can run the directory and promote Tendle. The license ends when you delete the listing, except for copies already distributed. We may edit a listing for accuracy or clarity, and we decide whether and where a connector is listed.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Tendle to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or help someone else do so;
- list or serve anything malicious, deceptive, or meant to harm people, their accounts or their data;
- get into accounts, systems or data you're not allowed to reach;
- overload, probe, scrape at scale, or interfere with Tendle or the servers behind it, or get around our limits or security;
- pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent who makes a connector.
7. Our service
- Listing and unlisting. We decide which connectors appear in the directory and how they are ranked. We may unlist or stop serving any connector at any time, for any reason, including if it fails our checks.
- Changes. We may change, suspend or stop any part of Tendle. Where we can, we'll give notice of a change that matters to you.
- Ending your use. You can stop using Tendle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to in order to protect people or Tendle. Sections 3, 5 (for copies already distributed), 8 to 11 and 13 continue after that.
8. Disclaimers
TENDLE AND EVERY CONNECTOR ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT TENDLE OR A CONNECTOR WILL BE ACCURATE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED. Nothing a connector or an agent tells you is advice from us.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TENDLE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND PROVIDERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM TENDLE, A CONNECTOR, OR AN ACTION AN AGENT TAKES THROUGH A CONNECTOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT TENDLE TOGETHER IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR WHAT YOU PAID US FOR TENDLE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE FIRST CLAIM. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You'll defend and compensate Tendle for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your connector's server, or your breach of these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them or Tendle goes to the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you live somewhere whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, nothing here takes that away.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect. Using Tendle after a change means you accept it.
13. Everything else
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Tendle. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer these terms without our consent. We can transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our company.
